Not happy that I'm taking two days off in a row but an hour on the bike and another hour and a half shoveling snow is something… It's 5 degrees and barely dug out from the nor'easter so I'm not gonna sweat it. Running tomorrow.
Interestingly the "easy" hour on the trainer is a lot easier than I remember. Running the same setup and data collection so I'll take it as a positive fitness indicator.
