Notes

Ran an interval/tempo workout today. I ran inside the shell today. Did 21 minutes for a warm up and 14 minutes for my cool down. My workout was 2x5min at threshold with 90sec jog between, 2x3min at 10k with 2min jog between, and 3x1min at 3k with 90sec jog between. I should've gone longer, but I felt a little tired, I'm still coming back from my cold so I wanted to take is semi-easy. Felt pretty good at some points, I was hoping to go longer and faster, but that'll come.
