Notes
Ran a normal 4 miles in the shell today, followed by 4x200m strides with a 200m jog after each. 4 miles run went really well, tried not to go fast or anything, just wanted to go easy, ended up faster than I thought. The strides felt harder than strides probably should be, but I felt good doing it. It's hard for me to go slower when I see the time and I know it used to be real easy to hit these times. But I'll get back to, overall a solid day.
