Started a training plan from Thomas today. Got a little 4 week plan to get back into it. I'm thinking if I get consistent I can build back into it pretty quickly. I planned on going 20 minutes today, but ended up going 3 miles just to see if I could still do it. So I could still make it through a 5k if I had to! Felt ok today, not that great, but Thomas said pace doesn't matter now, just time on feet.
