Ran a 35 minute downtempo run today. Ran it with Rink, it was nice to have someone else to workout with! Did a 15 minute warm up, 35 minute tempo, 7 minutes easy, then 150m buildups followed by 250m easy (7 minutes), and then 7 minutes easy to end the workout. I went 6+ miles for the tempo, I started off feeling a bit tired, the first three miles were tough, but after that I felt like I started to get stronger and the last 3 miles felt like they cruised by!
My splits were as follows:
