I did a 30min tempo today, my legs felt really tired and heavy. I was supposed to do 30-40 minutes at 5:50 pace, but I just wasn't feeling it. I was able to grind out the last two miles at pace, the middle two were just bad! I did a 15 minute warm up, 30 minutes of tempo, and a 25 minute cool down. During my cool down I ran to the shell and did 4x150m build ups with 250m recovery after each.
