Notes
Ran 111 minutes today. I went later in the day than usual with Rink and Que. It was pretty cold, 6 degrees when we left, there was no wind though so it felt a lot warmer than yesterday! I honestly think I overdressed, I got pretty warm. The first half of the run I felt like crap, but the second half I felt a lot better and we started to pick it up at the end which felt pretty good. Overall a pretty good run, now I have a down week so that'll be nice!
