I ran a 9 mile Renato run today with Blake. I felt great the whole time! Blake picked it up to sub 6min pace the last 3 miles, I wanted to join him but I tried to keep it between the 6:15-6:30 pace, that didn't happen though, I still went too fast. I ran 19 minutes for a warm up, 56:15 for the 9 miles Renato, and a 10 minute cool down. I then went to the shell and did dynamics and 6x100m strides. I felt great all day today, so that's pretty encouraging. My splits for the 9 mile Renato was as follows:
