Notes

3rd leg of run/bike/run brick workout. I used low 150's as HR cap for the final run. I felt great during the entire workout. I would have liked to do this workout on the trails, but last nights rain ended that possibility. I will try to get at least one more of these in before Elk River...hopefully on a trail.
