Speed interval fail! Had stomach problems all day, plus the *killer* leg workout at kung fu.
2.5% incline, 8/4mph. Started at 4/1min intervals for first 2 reps, then went 3.5/1.5 for one, then went to 1.5/1 intervals for the remainder, with a final run of 2.5 minutes. Was hurting pretty bad - almost had to slow things down more or cut it off before 40 minutes, as I was starting to get a bit dizzy. Definitely pushed too hard. :(
It'll be better next week, after I've started getting back in the groove of actually doing my running again...
