W00T!!! Finally made it to my short-term goal of >= 3 miles at 4% incline in 30 minutes!!!
Instead of going as far as I could at the beginning before walking, I paced myself to a more regular running/walking interval set, and that seemed to do the trick. :)
Now on to my next 2 short term goals:
1. >= 5k in <= 30 minutes - only need about .6 more miles to get this one - 5k is approx. 3.11 miles
2. Get to 5k with no walking intervals - just running.
