Incline intervals, bumped it up to 4.5% incline this week, 6.5/4 mph 4/1 minute intervals. Was feeling good through 35 minutes, so extended my planned running to 40 minutes for an 8th interval. 8th interval was 5 minutes of running, with gradually speeding up to 7 mph for the final minute.
My HR got a little high on this one (198), so I think I'll stick with this formula for a while until the max HR goes back below 190 - but, hey - at least I was able to finish all the intervals!
