Speed intervals - 8/4 mph @ 2.5% incline. This was the first day of doing speed intervals at the increased incline, and it showed. :) Managed to maintain the 4/1 interval cadence for the first 6, but then had to drop to a 3/2, and then a 3.5 minute final. Maybe I'll be able to push through next week - then I'll start decreasing the recovery periods.
