Outdoor burpee run - made it an early one due to my schedule today, and it worked out well :)
Increased total distance to 4 miles, keeping the sets of burpees at every 0.3 miles for the first 3.6 miles (12 sets) - sets were alternating 13/12, to maintain a total of 150 burpees. First 50 burpees (4 sets) were the 8-count bodybuilders + a jump at the end, the last 100 were just regular 8-count bodybuilders.
Came in at a 12:11 pace (yay!), which is under my 12:30 pace goal for burpee runs, so I'll have to bump it up a bit on Monday - maybe I'll go to all sets of 13 (total of 156), plus add the jump to the first 78 (6 sets).
