Notes
Long easy run, added some strides at about mile 3 or so - felt pretty good! Went out a little *too* slow (probably thanks to bumping up my earlier morning run in both pace and distance, since I didn't have a running partner today), so didn't *quite* get in the 6.5 I was planning, but hey, this run is supposed to be more about duration than distance... I'll focus on distance on my Sunday Tempo runs...
Also - I just kicked the 1500 mile/year pace bunny's little fluffy ass! W00t! :D
