Another good outdoor burpee run! Hit all my 0.3 mile burpee-stop checkpoints today, so did the full 100 8-point bodybuilder burpees over the course of the run, and varied my route to increase my mileage slightly (3.26 - 3.30), and only increased my time by 35 seconds. Think I'll stick with this route/mileage, and work on both bringing my overall time down while increasing my burpee count. Haven't decided if I'll try and do +1 burpee/set per week (for a total of +10 burpees over the course of the run), or +2/set per week... I think I'll try going to 11/set on Friday's burpee run, and see how badly that kicks me... ;)
