Actual:

Incline intervals, 5% incline this week, 7/4 mph 4/1 minute intervals for the first 8 reps, then went to 3.5/1.5 minutes. Final interval was 4 minutes, gradually speeding up to 7.5 mph for the final minute.

Since this is only my second incline interval in a month or so, I'm still ramping back in - wasn't able to manage the whole set at 4/1, after the 8th rep I had to increase the rest period to 1.5 minutes per rep. Not too bad though, felt pretty good (and hard) - will keep it at 7/4mph next week to see if I can make it through the whole set.
