Yay, I'm back!!!
Had to take almost 1.5 weeks off due to being super-duper sick (in bed with a nasty fever for about 5 days), and then I felt really weak for several days afterwards, but I'm finally back to running!
Took it moderately easy with my first run back, 45 minutes at 7mph on the treadmill.
