Actual:

First speed intervals in 5 weeks, so backed off the plan by a fair amount. 2.5% incline, 8/4mph, 4/1 minutes. Made it through 8 reps, then went to 3.5/1.5, with a final rep of 4 minutes run. Think I'll stick to 8mph for next week as well, see if I can make it the whole 55 minutes (11 reps)
