10x10 fingertip 8-point bodybuilders w/ jump
Had issues with calf pain today, so kept the overall pace fairly slow, but decided to add a few miles on to the end of the run anyway... :)
Used both knee braces as calf compression sleeves, which worked moderately well, other than the few times they slipped down. It seems to really be helping during the workout, so I'll look in to buying a couple real ones.
