Back to running after (mostly) recovering from my Orange Belt test.

4% incline, 6.5mph jogging, 4.5/4.0/3.5mph walking, with a 6.5-7.0-7.5-8.0 sprint for the last minute, 0.7 miles before walking.

Ate breakfast too late today - it was weighing pretty heavy on me during the run... Note to self: don't do that. :)

Also: Stupid cold. Sweat really burns on a raw nose...

Max HR: 192 (!!!). Need to keep this down a bit from this... :(

Didn't get resting/avg HR - still figuring out this new HRM chest band/watch system (Thanks Andy!)
