Outdoor burpee run FAIL! :(
It was just too stinkin' hot today, and I've never done well with heat - started getting a headache from overheating around 2.1 miles, had to walk for almost a half mile to not kill myself, and skipped the last three sets of burpees, so only did 7 sets of 15, for a total of 105 today... :(
Hopefully I'll get more acclimatized to the heat before my June 16th and August 4th runs... :/
