Outdoor burpee run today, and I would have paid good money to someone to spray me with a hose every half mile or so... Significantly warmer (10-20 degrees) than I've been running in, and it made a lot of (bad) difference... Had to walk for a bit after my 7th, 8th, and 9th burpee sets just to get my heart rate down from the mid-180s (just pushed through it to the end of the run after the 10th & final set).
Sets of 13 again today, for a total of 130 8-point bodybuilders. Pace slowed down to 13:06, so I think I'll stick on sets of 13 again for Friday, trying to make it down to a 12:30 pace still...
