Waaay too hot of a day to restart the burpee runs! (And way too out of shape, but let's just ignore that part... <grin>)
Did 3.2 miles, with sets of 10 8-point bodybuilders every 0.3 miles - first 6 sets were with the jump, last 4 were not. Wasn't able to keep running the whole time, had to do a fair bit of walking towards the end. That's what I get for running after lunch instead of before...
Planning on doing better on Friday - we'll see how it goes... ;)
