Notes

Easing my way back in to the speed interval workouts. 2% incline, 4/1 minute intervals (final interval 5 minutes), at 7/4 mph. Didn't do *too* bad with it - managed to stick with it the whole time, but it was still a challenge. Think I'll bump up the speed next week - I might try for 7.5 mph on the running interval.
