Another day over 3 miles! Only 10 seconds off of my next short-term goal - 5k in 30 minutes - made 5k in 30:10 today... Maybe tomorrow. :)
Thinking that once I make it to 5k in 30 minutes, I'll up my incline to 5% (which is my overall incline target), and work my way back up to 5k in 30 minutes from there...
