Bodyweight training:
Back to it - almost wussed out again this morning, but I managed to finally kick my own ass in to gear. Obviously *way* short of what I had figured I would be doing by this time, due to all the wussing out I've let myself do, but I'm determined to be back on the horse each morning this week.

3x100 situps
3x100 dips
3x20 chinups
3x100 pushups
3x100 squats
