set of faster trying out my leg, nothing happened so kept pushing & had quite a good 1st 3 miles. The breeze was head on for miles 2 & 3 so started to tire. Up on the sea wall had a cross wind so no help or hindrance there but I was feeling the effects of the 1st half of the run. pushed on hard as I could & got to mile 6 before the 8:30 bleeps that I set going at mile 3. now wiped-out & had a slow run in. felt good with the extra effort I put in, leg OK but taking a long time to recover from todays run.
