a longer run to make up for yesterday. done run 4, the same rout as yesterday but in reverse, legs felt tired & stiff but run that of in the first mile then pushed on. Mile 5 was hard as it had the steps & up & down the sea wall to break up the running. finished only 4 seconds behind PB for this rout. not to bad what with the running i have mist just lately. run in 3:42
