Notes

5 x 300 w/ 100 jog rest @49.5-51.0 seconds. Then 600m jog. Another 5 x 300 w/100 jog rest @ 49.5-50.5. Then 400m jog. Then 5 x 200 w/ 200m jog rest at 30.5, 30.6, 30.3, 29.9, 28.8. It was extremely windy, constant 17-20 mph, couldn't really get away from the wind. 50 degrees and sunny.
