Notes

15-20 mph winds. 48 degrees. 4x800 at 2:31 (pretty easy) with 1 min jog rest. Ran them in my trainers and had pants on. 4x200 at 29.2, 29.8, 30.1, 29.8 with 200 jog rest. Put flats on for the 200's.
