Riding in the rain is always fun. So much less traffic out on the trails and almost more peaceful. Today was a great day to go around the lakes. Crazy to see the difference from Wed to Thur. Huge weather swing, but man on Wed it was packed on the trails and 70 out and today it was empty. Body is feeling good. All the yoga and stretching is seriously making a difference on how my body feels on the daily. I plan on continuing to do the yoga/stretching at least 6 days
On my Wahoo, I set a screen for time, HR, and cadence. This allowed just to ride and focus on the important metrics. To help keep my cycling and pedaling smoother and more consistent I focused on trying to keep my cadence around 95rpm through out the z2 portion. This was a lot smoother and consistent.
