Stayed up way to late last night and worked way to hard at work ha, so I wasnt sure how this run was going to go. Pretty solid effort. Took a few miles to settle in and get my legs under me. I feel I was pretty consistent throughout. Had my first deuce emergency in a long time. Like long time. But thankfully there was a biff.
