WU: 15min gear build
MS: 4x10min @80-85rpm w/ 5min @90ish rpm
Pretty easy ride. Broke down the ride into the above workout. I did this to get more work at the lower rpm and then a medium recovery and then back into the low rpm. This structure was very productive compared to just going at for the whole time at the lower rpm. I believe this is building some aerobic strength. I can feel my legs are stronger then last week. I will continue to work this in.
Psoas' are feeling good. No more issues since the last pool session. I did skip my pool session on Sunday out of fear of more pain. Tomorrow i will be swimming again. Hopefully I have no reaction. After looking back the several times I have the psoas tighten up was when I swam first thing in the morning not after work. Not sure what that means i just noticed that correlation.
