First half of snow shoe session. I decided to have fun with my fitness and use the opportunity to get my heart in z2 doing doing something different. Was pretty easy to get the HR into z2 and keep it there with breaking trail all around the lake. This was fun and a good option for early season and a good way to enjoy the warming weather and lots of fresh snow. Pretty views too. Body felt much better than yesterday and enjoyed the adventure.
