Not great, not terrible ha. Body is improving daily with stretching daily. Feels so good. Longest run in a while. About an hour total if combining both runs. I knew my HR was going to be a challenge to keep low after a swim like that which means a slower pace. Very interesting to see what swimming does to my HR after
