Much much better run than Sat. Body didnt hurt and going easier on my swim allowed my body to run at a better pace and HR. I did no pushing, just brought my body into z2 and then just kinda maintained. If I wouldve pushed it I couldve averaged sub 10/mile in z2. Amazing what 2-3 days can do
