Wow this was hot. Not worried about my pace. I remember from last year that the heat slowed me down plus there was a two week layoff. I'm pumped got two amazing kids coming up. Especially the girl. My girls may be reloading instead of rebuilding which is huge. Have a solid supporting cast and the most talented kid I ever had for the girls team. And I have at least one really solid boy coming up. Already gone sub 22 in a 5k. Now I just have to get in shape.
