So Happy right now!!!
Originally planned on doing a long run. But forgot my running clothes today on the way to work. And there is nowhere to run long comfortably around my house.
The result was this awesome run!!!! A few years ago this was my regular tempo run. A nice 5 miler sub 8. That is how I knew I was starting to get in shape.
So the plan on this run was to run the first mile hard settle into a strong pace for miles two and three and just try to hang on for a sub 40:00 five miler. I did die a little at the end. But wasn't in any kind of serious pain and no real cramps.
This is probably the most comfortable sub 40:00 5 milers I've done in a while.
