Notes
Paced my 2:38 half miler. Was impressed with her consistency. However, 7.5k still seems long to her. Was hoping for sub 9 for the last 2.5K. This is a girl that was running 3k+ races sub 7 last year.
This run felt very relaxed. But biggest excitement for me is that I enter the week at 175. This was my original goal race weight for the R2C. Just got to stay disciplined and I should be at or below that weight for R2C.
Post run and after lunch was at 172.5, but I know that is mostly water weight.
