cold and breezy, but the sun was nice. 152-james-144 route.
thought i'd try to do a <150 run but HR just jumped right up and didn'twant to go down. it was so cold i decided to keep "running" rather than walk and get colder. wasn't a bad run, just disappointed with the HR per time.
