still think the first quarter mile is wacky when i run this way...off by about .8 but not sure why it's consistently off.
humidity was killer today. had a hard time keeping HR low so figured, if it's already high might as well just do intervals.
while fast on the quarters, still felt comfortable. thinking/hoping i can break 30 on the 4 miler this weekend
