today was tough. legs and body felt tired. probably doesn't help it's mid-70's and humid after months of cold temps.
forgot to actually read the workout and thought i was supposed to be going slower today...think it would have actually been easier to run the 9:30's i was supposed to as shown by picked up pace at the end but for some reason thought i was supposed to be going slower. with body feeling crappy figured that was best anyway.
