good run. add splits later.

was going to try and not eat a gu during this one but had to munch one at mile 13.5 as i was seeing stars and didn't want to hurt too much tomorrow as i have 3 weeks of hard training coming up. it poured and the trail was absolute slop but thats what i love. somewhat cool and sorta humid. nice conditions. cant wait for the weather to change. hopefully my times will start to come down.
