sunny on the drive out to willinda thinking this is going to be some nice running weather .... not much wind and ahhhh won't it be nice not to get PUMMELED with rain and wind and freezing temps. parked. clouds appeared. rain started. KREISS.
my cold kept me up for majority of last night. did not have any night time meds.
the first 5.5 felt PATHETIC so didn't have much hope for the intervals.
but then i changed shoes and the sun leaked out and i was the only person on the track for a while so it got goooood.
