20 Long Run.
This run started out stiff, kinda lethargic. Wondering where is my energy? Is it going to come ... when I get warmed up at 2 miles, 3 miles ... finally the run clicked at around 6.5/7.0 miles. I decided to make it a progression run. Broke the 20 up into 7-6-5-2.
