felt like i could have pushed myself harder. is that a good thing? dunno. all i know is i felt fine at the finish. caught my breath within a few seconds. kid in front of me practically died on the ground.
few variables make the course not ideal, for me.
- gravel paths
- wind around albert park is always fierce
- non-closed course so spent some energy dodging other walkers/runners/joggers
next time, put more into it.
my rcx3 is definitely off cuz i was checking it and it was giving mme 6.1x pace frequently. but could it be this far off? what is happening. use my other watch next time. or recalibrate, again
