that crap 5m time trial i did yesterday made my legs feel like somebody beat me with a bag of hammers when i woke up this morning. i won't be doing any of the other "race days". instead ill substitute some tempo runs or something ...
i salvaged a decent run today despite how thick my legs felt.
food worked real well. had rice / miso for dinner and two slices of toast, 1 cup tea and a powerbar for breakfast.
