Notes

The Plan called for 4x1200 however I could only summon the energy to do 3x1200. I don't remember much of the workout. Today os 0927 as I write this; my cold was in full gear yesterday. I forgot my watch so all the pacing was done by feel. Not the smartest thing to do when you have a cold. My legs felt bizarre, fragile and squirrely. I am just glad that I got through it in one piece without injuring myself.
