this run felt great.
ran from house to main yarra trail to that turn-around i always turn around at...
- gu at 5 and 10
- ate too much pizza saturday night. need to find a different / better fuel. got some cramps that forced me down to 7.3x or 7.4x to compensate. Brown rice?
- breakfast was toast and 2 eggs and tea and 1/2 banana @ 5.30am. i had heartburn so need to eat much earlier. duh.
- perfect temps = 13
- perfect wind conditions
- 77% humidity which was a little strange
